Kerel M. Sharfner

New Vision Commercial, a commercial real estate firm established in 2020, was founded by Kerel M. Sharfner to create unique avenues and opportunities specifically for entrepreneurs and creatives. Based in Los Angeles, the firm's clientele spans across entertainment, sports, and other lifestyle industries such as music, fashion, and tech.

As a Los Angeles native, Kerel first saw a path to opportunity when he attended Beverly Hills High School. Facing adversity growing up, this was an eye-opening experience. With a first taste of what his future could look like, his drive for success grew.

After graduating from Cal Lutheran University with a B.S. in Business Management, Kerel began a successful career selling high-tech real estate software for companies including LoopNet and The CoStar Group. Through his talent, knowledge, and desire to gain more experience in the industry, Kerel joined DAUM in 2014 as a commercial agent.

In 2018, Kerel was named Vice President at DAUM, specializing in selling and leasing both industrial and investment properties in central Los Angeles, Vernon, and Huntington Park. During this time, he brokered over 500,000 Sq. Ft. in transactions totaling over $50M in aggregated value. Most recently, Kerel was recruited as the Director of Leasing & Sales at Keller Williams Commercial Santa Monica.

With New Vision Commercial, Kerel aims to shed light on his entrepreneurship journey and inspire others to keep creating, be authentic, and take risks.
